Which Heater Is Best for My Home?
The most suitable heating system for you will depend on the layout of your home, your existing heating system and your personal preferences. At Air Concepts, we have all the data and experience needed to guide you to the best option for you.
We install several types of heating systems, including:
- Gas furnaces: Gas furnaces are the most common heating system in North America. The air is heated by natural gas, and then circulated through your home through ducts, or “forced air heat.” Gas furnaces are economical to install and as the natural gas is reasonably priced, these systems are typically economical and energy-efficient.
- Boilers: A boiler warms up your home by circulating heated water through pipes to baseboard heaters and radiators places throughout the home. The heat from a boiler is less dry and more comfortable, and these systems are long-lasting and cost less to run.
- Heat pumps: Using electricity, a heat pump takes heat from the outdoors and brings it inside. Many heat pumps get their heat from underground, while others use the outside air as their heat source.
- Mini splits: Mini split systems can provide both heating and cooling to single rooms, shops, garages, or a whole home with an indoor and outdoor unit to cool and heat the air delivered into the room.
The Air Concepts team did a great job. They went above and beyond on the install!
