Preventive maintenance: We will perform all maintenance inspections of your HVAC equipment according to the specific requirements of the equipment based on the recommendations of manufacturers.
Prioritized response time: If there is a problem between regularly scheduled preventative maintenance inspections, you will receive prioritized emergency response time.
Discounted prices: We will give you a 10% discount on all repairs (not valid with other discounts).
Repairs: If we detect any problems during a preventative maintenance inspection, Air Concepts will perform all repairs or modifications required to keep your HVAC equipment in efficient operating condition. Whenever possible, we will perform the repairs in conjunction with the next regularly scheduled maintenance inspection.
Air filter replacement: We will schedule replacement of air filters at a frequency which will ensure maximum operating efficiency of your HVAC equipment. Labor to replace filters is included as part the program.
Performance review: Air Concepts will review the effectiveness of the scheduled services at the completion of each visit.
HVAC Equipment Log Sheet: A log sheet will be attached to, or near the equipment we service. When we complete our maintenance inspection or service, we make an entry to describe any checks, adjustments, lubrication, tests performed, parts installed, and a description of any service calls or problems.
